I find it a little frightening how the leftists behave. We taxpayers should NOT be paying for medical care of illegal aliens. DOGE apparently was NOT allowed to review the spending on Obamacare. It never have been passed; fraud therein must be stopped; there is far too much fraud in welfare, SNAP, medicaid, etc. The US is nearly $38 trillion in debt, the interest payments alone scare the heck out of sane people. The Dems need to display some intelligence.
I believe that there is a fourth reason for the shutdown. And even more, because each party may have various reasons for allowing it to occur.
Trump knows that shutdown would help expose the hundreds of billions going to able bodied welfare recipients. And to millions and millions of illegal aliens.indisputable studies show 48% of SNAP recipients are illegal alien households.
And so those issue were illuminated by the shutdown.
And 90% of government employees are democrats , and they’ll all get back pay as usual.
A better course is to fire as many useless gov workers..

Keep military , Air traffic controllers but fire 90% of all government workers.
Maybe keep any Republican gov workers, and return that savings back to tax payers.

Yaaaa, the 2 parties are a sham, particularly once the politicians get to D.C.. Watching them during the Tea Party period fully convinced me of this.
What would happen if politicians' email, snail mail and voice messages were packed with calls for their conversion of heart?
