If the globalists wanted to use the threat of a fresh pandemic to scare the world into panic just as they push for the Pandemic Treaty and hold their meeting in Davos, this is exactly how they'd do it

Recalling another prophecy in the Book of Revelation, Chapter 16. I don't believe we are there yet, but it does add another understanding as to "foul and loathsome sores came [only] upon the men who had the mark of the beast..."
