Just as with the pathetic website for ordering "free" COVID tests, a ton of money would be spent for nothing and in a few weeks it would all be forgotten. Heck, Medicare just sent me an email gleefully telling me I could order four more test kits (I never ordered any in the first place). Obviously, the plan was a dud. The gas card idea is a dud, too.
