It has been pretty obvious that something like this has been going on for a very long time. He needs to resign or be ousted via the 25th Amendment. But, there lies the true danger in Kamala succeeding him.
I hate to say it, but does it really matter? He does not run the country anyway and never has. He is their "throw away" guy. The one who wreaks havoc, ignores rule of law and creates irreparable damage. And then poof, he will be gone. All damage done--no one there to blame.
