I read an article yesterday about a man who murdered three people (one of whom was his own mother) and then kidnapped his ex-girlfriend. He beat her, strangled her repeatedly with an extension cord for *hours* to the edge of death, sexually assaulted her with a pipe and burned her with a heated metal spatula. She escaped and he was arrested. For 3 murders, kidnapping, torture, rape and assault, the judge set a $100K bail for a violent offender with an extremely long rap sheet (I believe this happened in Detroit but I couldn't find the article again today). He posted $10K bond and was freed. They just found his ex-girlfriend's naked and beaten body in an empty lot discarded like garbage. He shared a child with this woman. If we can't muster the stones to protect society from a monster who preys on his own mother and a woman for whom he once, I assume, cared, we might as well hold gladiator matches and give leadership to whomever is strong enough to take it and keep it. At this point, isn't that what we're doing anyway?

This is one of the tactics -- put more violent people out there, increase the chaos, discourage law enforcement, get more people to take justice into their own hands leading to more countermeasures: This is the Revolution.

The Dem-RINO Globalist Uniparty are using WEF/Soros appointed prosecutors who only seem interested in prosecuting conservatives/patriots/Christians?!

They protect criminals because they are criminals, they want lawlessness to cause chaos & distract us from all their crimes.

Also they opened our to allow an invasion & try to force Globalization in America.

I’ve never heard of so many explosions & arsons in my entire life as we’ve seen in the last couple years.

Not just the major explosions & arsons that are in the news but MANY smaller arsons happening in my tiny town in the sticks!

Wonder how many other smaller arsons are happening countrywide???

Many farms, barns & other older historical buildings have been burnt down & they have no suspects in any of them.

Two Tier Justice is now very flagrant in America & worldwide.

The "political justice" methods we are witnessing are right out of Stalin's USSR.

We need to free the Jan 6 prisoners from the Gulags, give them fair trials, and have them testify to the House Judiciary Committee.

I live in this town and am a member of the legal community. I would be very interested in knowing what judge made these orders. None of the articles mention the judge. The Colombian usually enjoys skewering the legal profession, judges particularly, so the omission is glaring. Shame on the legal system for allowing violent criminals to stay on the streets pending their legal matters. Vancouver, WA is turning into Portland and it is sickening to see day by day. Everyday, NextDoor is full of porch thefts, car thefts, assaults, armed robberies, and more property destruction and homeless camping in public places. I am sick of it as a community member and small business owner. There seems to be no political courage to stand up to fight these issues on a local, state, or national level.

A big problem is it is not close enough to home for these fools. Not as horrific, but an example. While living in Pittsburgh, PA, a certain female judge was soft on car thieves. Then HER car got stolen and trashed. The SERIAL thief was in her court THE DAY BEFORE AND LEFT WITH A SLAP ON THE WRIST!

She of course threw the book at him!

In exact opposition to the contentions of the Left, not severely and swiftly punishing criminals, including administering the death penalty, is uncivilized.

Weird you don’t think Democrat politicians understand what this is doing.

If only our leaders had the common sense that you have Mr. Rucker!

I'll leave you with two thoughts: 1. If you've "spent over 40 years studying and dealing with structural racism and sexism," I'd submit you're in your own way. When you start with a goal of finding something you already believe is there, you're absolutely going to find it. It's called confirmation bias. 2. If you can protest, riot, loot, write opposition articles, run for office on a platform of structural racism and never be charged, imprisoned or killed for doing so and, in fact, be lauded for it, you're *not* oppressed. I have no end game here. I'm truly trying to give you evidence. However, I quoted FBI statistics and you suggested those statistics are somehow "mine" and "dubious," so you clearly have an ingrained bias and there's nothing I can do with mere facts to change that. My only suggestion is that should travel to an Asian country like China or Japan if you'd like to observe actual "structural" racism. The CCP literally blamed COVID-19 on black tourists and residents for a while. Many restaurants in China won't allow black people to enter or eat there. In Japan, it's often more subtle but no less insidious. In America, we'd never tolerate that kind of behavior. However, people like you who somehow believe giving minorities victim classification somehow helps them move forward befuddles me. Whatever you're working toward with this, I hope you find a version of it that gives you peace. Sadly, I think the only end to such division, victimization and rancor is further violent clashing between the races and that, I can assure, will help no one of any race.

Unless, of course, you were on site on January 6. For that transgression there are a host of legal manoeuvers which guarantee you will never see the light of day. So much for peaceful protests

The judicial system is definitely failing, it’s overran, the way our system is set up makes it even harder to get the criminals from jail to sentence in a rational period of time, there is not enough jail space, and too many criminals… that is not to say that there should be lenience on criminals, that is to say, our government needs to rethink how they do things, this is where Republicans can shine right now, instead of going along with woke ideas…

How about stopping the distortion of criminal justice reform! How about looking at the 1000's incarcerated for minor infractions such as an ounce of marijuana which is not a violent crime. How about focusing on the violence of police who use the bogus Qualified Immunity defense to get away with the violence murders of people, particularly People of Color, often for driving infractions like a broken tail light. Your fear mongering is divisive, unfactual, and downright racist.
