Collins indicated the charges are so flimsy that this prosecutor could be litigated to remove her license and spend a little time behind bars. It's time to do it. Since we learned today that when she was investigating a criminal gang, she also had a fling with one of the gang members, so clearly she is immoral and unethical. Take her license and put her behind bars. While at it, go after Soros for rico violations.

The issue I foresee here is they'd have to file in Fulton County, GA which is deep blue country and I have grave doubts an unbiased jury or judge could be found for a malicious prosecution suit. I'm not saying it's impossible, but my legal instinct says it's unlikely.
The judge in the current venue makes that ruling. They could appeal, but appellate courts don't like to get involved in change of venue spats in my experience. It happens, but not very often, because, in this case, Fulton County taxpayers would have to pay for prosecutor's travel, hotel, etc. Judge's aren't supposed to lean heavily on costs in rulings but it would be naive to suggest it doesn't factor into the decision.

They're filing to move the case to federal court since they're being prosecuted for.actions while in federal office.
