Trump needs to stay above the fray and not be associated with a dysfunctional Congress that is one of his campaign's "opponents" in 2024. In addition, given his need to campaign and fight on multiple legal fronts, a Trump Speakership could hamper the House's work. In sum, I see little upside and much downside in his being Speaker.
