The AG's office is especially suspect, and allowing an opposing candidate to be in charge of the election is an excellent reason to call on the outgoing lame duck Governor to resign immediately, and for AZ to completely redo (not just recount) the election.

Demanding explanations of the perps is exactly the useless silliness we see the GOP doing in interminable Congressional hearings that produce nothing but sound bites. If, concurrent with the AG's demands there is an independent investigation seeking answers from other quarters - such as the victims - that may yet yield the truth. But just asking known liars questions to which we already know the answers is a waste of time - and often intended to be just that. I'm not holding my breath.
It's kind of hard to punish Hobbs for refusing to recuse herself from the election when Secretary of State Brian Kemp did the same thing in Georgia which ended in a Republican win (his own) in 2020. I didn't like Kemp doing it and I don't like that Hobbs did it, but the Republican leadership who was silent on Kemp, is now whining about Hobbs. That makes us no better than Democrats in this instance and I really don't care for the comparison.

You're missing the point. Neither party can do anything that even *smells* of corruption. It doesn't matter whether Kemp cheated or not. Some voters *believe* he did and that's the problem. We can't just make changes to the benefit of one party or we'll end up right where we are now. The only difference would be the party of the voters who believe there's corruption. It doesn't matter in the long run whether there *is* election fraud. What matters is what voters believe. Without belief in corruption free elections, voters will assume they're corrupt. If we want truly free and fair elections, *both* sides must adhere to the same rules. I don't know how to explain this any more clearly to you.
