One of the problems with having giant amounts of power in the hands of very few!
When the power resides with a few insiders,it becomes easier to create collusion & conspiracies.
One of the points in the Constitution is to diffuse the power into many hands in the states.
Can't make honest men out of thieves,but it can make it much harder to steal!
