There is one reasonable conclusion to be reached in this debacle - with Biden's long history in corruption and selling influence, he must be receiving some of our aid back but under the table. Iow, he is profitting personally from the aid we give to Ukraine. It's a High Crime and Treason the Dems/rinos support.
