Do not underestimate the possibility of an unacknowledged DS political tactic, a relatively new trick in their bag of tricks: it's called a PLANNED LOSS ... They just had to get Lightfoot out of there because her numbers were so bad ... we just saw this happen in AZ with the 2020 loss of Adrian Fontes in the race for County Recorder, who was then installed as the AZ SEC of State ... our election system is rigged beyond YOUR wildest dreams ... the decisions about who wins and who loses are actually made so far above the level of elected politics that the average person could never believe it ... I lived and worked in downtown Chicago for 25 years ... I would literally walk to work ... I LOVE THE CITY and I LOVE THIS CITY ... Last time I was downtown was June 2019 ... I had a friend drop me off in Chinatown ... I then walked six blocks east to Michigan Avenue and then two miles north up to the river and I absolutely loved it ... I used to work until midnight and walk back to my hi-rise APT with no fear ... but I can't do that anymore, NFW ... and I do not believe the new mayor will be permitted to change things ... but don't write her off ... you can bet the ranch that Lori Lightfoot is still in their plans ... she's a "good man", an honorable man ... they're all good men, these honorable men ... they follow orders ...

It is good she is out but the sad thing is all the candidates were democrats and they all subscribe to similar policies....there will still be pain. There may be a slight improvement here and there but democrat run cities have bad policies and will continue to do the wrong things for the people of Chicago.

Now I have to bring up UNTIL Kim Foxx Cook county AG is removed I do not see any real change in the city. Stay tune. I grew up near the city and I and everyone I take to refuse to go to Chicago for anything. Even people who have been called for jury duty refuse to go into the city. (Chicago is part of Cook county) I will not visit the area anymore.

It’s a start, but Illinois is still stupid. They’ve already re-elected Prickster in November like idiots. Worst governor, ‘do as I say, not as I do’, ‘rules for thee and not for me’, kind of guy. Heavy handed lockdowns while his wife was traveling to Florida and Kenosha (to build another mansion). And all of his masking showed just how much he cares about his health. Morbidly obese and disgusting. Never met a tax he didn’t try to raise. He and Lightfoot are huge reasons why people are fleeing Illinois. I was one of them. Best choice ever to get the hell OUT!
