When the data is so bad that it betrays the desired narrative, honest companies will adjust to the numbers. Dishonest companies like Pfizer will simply manipulate the numbers to match the goal.

You are correct, but for 28 of 34 outcomes to be miscarriages is far more than just a signal that was ignored. It means they knew they should continue collecting data before releasing the jab and they chose not to do so.
Pregnancy outcomes are based on completed pregnancies. That's either through birth or some form of termination (miscarriage, abortion, etc.).
This data is from a Feb 2021 post-marketing report. The Phase III trials ended Nov 2020, roughly when most of the incidental pregnancies occurred.
Because 3-5 months is too short for regular birth to occur, any outcomes reported will have to be some form of termination (or I suppose premature births or births from already pregnant women who slipped through the cracks during enrolment without knowing they were pregnant, as pregnancy was an exclusion criterion).
You seem to imply the 236 women with unaccounted outcomes were lost to history in some cover up. They clearly account for them in the next two bullet points:
- 146 mothers didn't have any adverse event
- 124 mothers did have an adverse event.
146 + 124 = 270
Also, most of the 124 adverse events (outside of miscarriage) consist of: headaches, vaccination site pain, myalgia, etc.
Therefore the number of miscarriages is 28/274 = ~10%, the lower bounds of the standard 10-20% miscarriage baseline rate.
So this data only shows we have a completely regular miscarriage rate (no consolation to the poor mothers who suffered them of course).

In a Nation where our "leaders" advocate for abortions AFTER a full-term natural birth, (in CA they're fighting for 28 days AFTER natural birth) does anyone think they view these preg-vax assaults are a problem AT ALL?
For crying out loud, our courts have already repeatedly upheld the precedent that literal human sacrifice (via "unavoidably unsafe" via vaccine-injection) is "Constitutional" - so long as the government claims these KNOWN human sacrifices are good for "public health". And this precedent continues to be upheld without ANY evidence these human sacrifices actually ARE producing any NET public health benefit for the "collective".
The actual EVIDENCE has already proven that vaccines are the CAUSE of over 90% of the deadly and disabling diseases suffered by Americans today.
Considering what the vaccine is supposed to do as it is designed, I don't see how it is possible for it not to kill most gestating fetuses. I also don't see how it is possible for the people who designed it to not know that this was going to happen.
