I had the extreme good fortune to have an earthly father who was a man of science and a man of deep faith. His Ph.D. was in philosophy of science and logic. He had an amazingly analytical mind and taught at the college and university level for most of my growing up years. He was also an ordained Christian minister with a deep, abiding faith in God--a faith he was persuaded had no conflict with science. He shared these ideas with me as I was growing up. Condensed into its simplest form he understood that the more we learn from science the more we prove the existence of an eternal Creator. God is, was and ever shall be. Whether one is a believer or not, the answer awaits each of us at our final breath. I am looking forward to getting some questions answered and seeing my dad once again on that heavenly shore.

The more science I studied the more certain I became that evolution theory is less probable.

Good point, it would be like that group of monkeys eventually, by strictly randomly playing Bach. It'a gonna be a while.....

Yes, yes, we should laugh, actually. After all, the joke is on us (we humans who consider ourselves to be at the top of the heap).

The game is rigged alright. It was 2013 when the first 'trans' person (a bio female) was elected to the National Academy of Science. 'Transgender' Rachel (aka Richard) Levine was elected to the National Academy of Medicine not long ago. We know we are in a bad place when the material evidence for the existence of 'gender identity' are those that sit on the thrones of the the national academies.

Dr Edward Feser documented the same in his book “The Last Superstition” employing the faith & reasoning of Aristotle and St Thomas Aquinas then skewered the various sciences in his book “Aristotle’s Revenge”.

Summarily each book contends that modern science rejects Intent and Purpose, the first and last of Aristotle’s Four Causes fearing that seeking and finding the objective truth of the sciences would lead them to God which is a cornerstone of the teachings of St Thomas.

Exactly!!!! Love that heading "Who Guards the Door." Its important to keep exposing to those who say "follow the science" that science isn't always very honest about their assumptions behind their "truth" proclamations.

As an avid Bible believer, it comes down to this , there are two forces at work on this planet and Evil will play it's part until Christ returns. People can think what they want but the truth is plain to see and find if you look for it, 12 witnesses to this event gave their lives to spread this truth, 1, that Jesus is God's Son making Him = to God the Father and 2 that Jesus said that He will return in like manner to judge this planet and put evil in chains for 1000 yrs.

Sophomores. They are sophomores, that is, they have a little bit of knowledge but they believe they are wise. Just enough knowledge to believe they know it all, hence, the term, "wise fool', sophomore.

Excellent work. As a Philosophy major, my long journey into the nature of God is NOT whether such an entity exists. But how should we view what we call God? The best definiton I've grown to accept is that God is Infinite Awareness. Once you accept that premise, everything changes!

Have you ever read Colossians chapter 2?

Scientists… we have to keep God out of the picture AT ALL COSTS! Even though all the evidence screams intelligent design. For to admit there’s a Supreme Designer would be to admit WE ARE ACCOUNTABLE TO HIM, which we cannot do. And Heaven forbid… if there’s a Creator God He may actually have a Son. Perish the thought! Let’s live in our make believe world and ignore the facts. That will work… until we die.

Then by definition, there are not real scientists, they limit themselves before the even start.

They cannot even explain how we speak? Where images are formed in our brain? Shouldn't a CAT scan or MRI see the same images you see?

The god of Abraham is pure evil and only inspires evil.

It all began with Adam and Eve in the garden that sinned, and put that curse of sin upon the whole world. It caused mankind to have a carnal mind, and the rest is history.

Like Ephesians 6:12 states; "For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."

AS long as evil exist in the world, there will always be rebels against God, because the adversary always gets a hold of people, and talks them into committing sin.

Evil's favorite kind of humans, are the wealthy ones, who are caught up with their worldly possessions. They are easily manipulated, and can cause huge changes in the world. Most of them worship Lucifer, they believe the true God Almighty, keeps them from enjoying life, and all of it's pleasures.

Only when Jesus Christ returns to this earth, will mankind have peace for a thousand years.

Beautifully written. Powerful reminder to the heart that soars when observing the gratuitous beauty of creation.
