Good post, thanks.

Mainstream media. We must recognize that at some level they are part of the psychological operations. Playing both ends against the middle. Played from all sides, all directions, a matrix of serial abuse in play. Envision the whole elephant in this room. Escaping this matrix lies in understanding the true nature of it.

I personally think voting machine anomalies are just tip of the berg. A red herring, really. Our federal voting process, like our entire political process, is corrupt to the core. A total sham. A charade. If the real powers that be who run things from behind the scenes (we all know at least some of who they are by now) wanted civilian votes to actually count, actually matter and contribute to deciding things, they would never allow it. It's kabuki theatre to provide the illusion of choice and power to the average Joe. Like Catherine Austin Fitts said, 'Paradigms of Republican vs. Democrat or Conservative vs. Progressive have been designed for obfuscation and entertainment.'

I don't think we're getting the message. Candidates have been "selected" for decades. It won't be much longer until there won't even be "elections" at all. It's their government -- of the government, by the government, and for the government. I don't know how much grace time we have, but I suspect, 2030 will be the deadline, give or take.

Very possible. However, just look at the "free" elections in North Korea or Iran. Amazingly, "dear leaders' always seem to win by a ton. Why, even Mr. Kim in NK wins golf games via 'holes in one'. Next, we will hear that Biden does that too. Or maybe, it will just be that he skates yet again on the secret documents that he did not have authority over yet were still in his possession from 15 and 16 years ago. How corrupt is the Archives Dept for going after Trump yet ignoring Brandon's illegal possession from 15 years ago when he was a mere senator? The truth is significant foreign powers know more about this than Americans do. This is because they have viable intelligence agents in high places here. Remember the Chinese high level political who last year boasted of having their people in our highest places. Little did we know he was talking about Joe Biden and his water boy son, Hunter. For now, the elite are waging war against Russia and depleting our stash of weapons and oil (that might be needed should China decide to go ahead with possession of Taiwan. That little tussle will probably be over pretty fast since the elite are spending our wad in Ukraine in a proxy war over land that has a long history of Russian influence.

Candidates are simply the "front men" for the cameras and to take the flack. The real government is already established in the background by career bureaucrats and their staffers who've made sure to fix every possible thing they can in their favor. In short, the federal government has usurped the power of the States within a century. Our ONLY recourse at this point was built into the Constitution itself--and it's the ONLY way the people can bypass the swamp: A Convention of States as outlined in Article 5.

And before the naysayers start going off, there is no way there can be a "runaway convention." Whatever comes out must have ratification on EACH recommended Amendment by 38 states, to be enacted. That's a pretty damned high bar.

Moreover, to pass a state resolution to call for a COS, it only has to pass State Legislatures--it's a resolution, not a bill to become law, so there is no Governor signature required. Once 34 states approve the resolution, the Convention is called and the agenda is set. Congress cannot block it--nor can they control it. Then state delegates meet to talk, and hopefully pass recommended Amendments for ratification. People on both the red and blue sides are furious with the US Government right now--and once explained, there really IS common ground to be found.

Term limits (for bureaucrats too), balanced budgets, and several other great ideas come to the table. It takes a majority of the Convention to pass for recommendation to the nation as a Constitutional Amendment, but it takes a higher 3/4's of the states (38) to ratify.

After all, time after time, those who've gone to Washington to "drain the swamp" inevitably get swept up in it--and abandon the fight all together or pay lip service come re-election time. They've done it for decades and we're now over $31 Trillion in the hole, playing Uniparty Ping-Pong. The swamp does all it can to crap on the idea of calling a COS--because the very thought of it happening makes THEM crap their pants! They WELL KNOW it is the only thing they absolutely cannot fight. It's We the People's ONLY chance left to reign in a government out of control. And we're over halfway there. Find out more at https://conventionofstates.com.

A CONSTITUTION FOR THE NEWSTATES OF AMERICA, from the book, THE EMERGING CONSTITUTION by Rexford G. Tugwell, published 1974 (Harper & Row: $20.00) illustrates with chilling clarity the final objective of regional governance conspirators. The goal is a corporate state concentrating economic, political and social powers in the hands of a ruling elite. "A Constitution for the Newstates of America", is the fortieth version of this revolutionary document prepared by a team of social experimenters at the CENTER FOR THE STUDY OF DEMOCRATIC INSTITUTIONS, Fund for the Republic (Ford Foundation), Post Office Box 4068, Santa Barbara, California 93103.

A convention can’t be controlled. Neither the states nor Congress can control the delegates. We’ve never had a convention under Article V - they're dangerous! The Convention of States (COS), claims to be for limited government & markets the convention to appeal to conservatives, but claims falsely that our framers told us to amend the Constitution when the federal government violates the Constitution. Our Framers never said that. Our Constitution already limits the power & jurisdiction of federal government to a small handful of enumerated powers. It’s impossible to rein in the federal government with amendments because when the feds usurp powers not delegated, they're ignoring the existing constitutional limitations on their powers. All the proposed amendments & their supporters would increase the powers of federal government by delegating powers the federal government already usurped; by granting new powers to the federal government; by transferring power from representatives elected by the people to the deep state; or by stripping states of their existing sovereign powers. The real agenda of those who finance the push for a convention is to give them the opportunity to replace our existing Constitution with a new constitution which moves us into a completely new system of government - without the Bill of Rights. If we have a convention today the delegates will have the power to get rid of our Constitution & impose a new constitution. New constitutions are already prepared! One of them, the constitution for The Newstates of America, is ratified by a national referendum. The States are dissolved & replaced by regional governments under the new national government. However, today the globalist organizations. WHO, WEF, UN, are already preparing to replace our Constitution, our sovereignty, with its one world government.

And if you read the BBA carefully, you see that it actually legalizes what it promises to change - it gives Congress sole discretion on what it spends our budget on. The word "divershity" comes to mind. "The Balanced Budget Amendments (BBA) Gut Our Constitution And Don’t Reduce Spending" We never had a federal budget until Congress passed the Budget and Accounting Act of 1921. By this time, the Progressives controlled both political parties and the federal government. The Progressives wanted a federal budget because they wanted to spend money on objects which were not on the list of delegated powers. A balanced budget amendment (BBA) would substitute a budget for the enumerated powers, and thus would legalize the current practice where Congress spends money on whatever they or the President put in the budget. And because a BBA would permit Congress to lawfully spend money on whatever is put in the budget, the powers of the federal government would be lawfully increased to include whatever THEY decide to put in the budget.

Mark Levin’s “Liberty” Amendments: Legalizing Tyranny

https://publiushuldah.wordpress.com/2014/04/25/mark-levins-liberty-amendments-legalizing-tyranny/

Publius Huldah, revised Jan 10, 2016

For 100 years, the federal government has usurped powers not delegated to it in our Constitution. should we “modernize” the Constitution by changing it so as to delegate to the federal government the powers it has usurped – so as to legalize what is now unconstitutional?

Mark Levin begins “The Liberty Amendments” by saying he doesn’t believe the Constitution requires “modernization through amendments”. But he then proposes a series of amendments, six of which modernize our Constitution to delegate to the federal government most of the powers it has usurped during the last 100 years.

And each of his six amendments does the opposite of what its title promises.

Mark Meckler's “COS” Board Member has drafted new Constitution which imposes gun control

12/18/21 Publius Huldah (Joanna Martin, J.D.)

https://publiushuldah.wordpress.com/2021/12/18/mark-mecklers-cos-board-member-has-drafted-new-constitution-which-imposes-gun-control/

And there's more: George Soros drafted a new constitution. The Chinese Communist Party USA drafted a new constitution. And if the DNA (the old NAU), signed by Obama and again by Biden, is ratified, the US will lose its sovereignty by being bound by the votes of Canada and Mexico (a 2 to 1 majority) and a new US constitution will have to be drafted. Changing the best Constitution in the world, by amendments in the CoS would destroy our freedom and every right stated in our present Constitution. The delegates have autonomous authority, meet behind closed doors, they can change the proposed amendments at will, and the US is bound by their decision. Now, really, who do you think those delegates would be? Especially today. Do you think they really give a damn about us? They're ALL puppets of the NWO. A train that will run right over us. And we can't escape it because we have nowhere to go. The West is the last bastion of freedom, for what we have left of it.

A constitutional convention is a bad idea. This is true not only due to uncertainties over how many votes each state would have, but primarily because such a convention would be able to completely rewrite the Constitution. Rewriting the Constitution would endanger our rights. This video tells you how to help preserve the Constitution by rescinding all existing applications by your state for an Article V convention. For more information on why a constitutional convention is a bad idea view: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tB1QN...

Scalia mentioned the dangers of an Article V Convention, rightly also called a Constitutional Convention, in time index 1:06:02 to 1:06:27. Scalia says 'I certainly wouldn't want a Constitutional Convention. I mean whoa. Who knows what would come out of that?' In remainder of his answer (1:06:27 to 1:07:05) Scalia doesn't call for nor provide any support for an Article V Convention. Furthermore, the following year during the question & answer session after a speech he gave to Federalist Society in Morristown, NJ on May 8, 2015, Scalia said 'A constitutional convention is a horrible idea"

The point is key to understanding how constitutional conventions would operate today, even if nearly every American is grateful that the delegates in 1787 ignored their state’s instructions. However, most politicians who would become delegates today would not likely be conversant in Montesquieu’s theories of separation of powers or John Locke’s idea of natural law as were James Madison, Elbridge Gerry, and George Mason. Indeed, today there are vigorous, outright moves by the political left to repeal the freedom of speech and press (protected by the First Amendment) and abolish the right to keep and bear arms (Second Amendment) by means of an Article V convention. https://www.movetoamend.org/organizations] https://www.nraila.org/articles/20131122/law-professor-calls-for-repeal-of-second-amendment-rewriting-of-constitution]

You show your ignorance here. (Sorry, but you do.) Again, IT TAKES 38 STATES TO RATIFY ANYTHING! It's a high bar. 38 states are NOT going to ratify something that takes away a First or Second Amendment right! 25 or 26 already have some sort of 2nd Amendment protection written into State Constitutions. Use your head--and quit falling into this trap the deep state used last time we were "this close" to calling one.

I knew it would only take a few minutes before one of the "red naysayers" jumped in with this tired old argument...so I ASK YOU: what else do you recommend besides just sticking our heads in the sand? The Founding Fathers KNEW that there was a possibility the government could become corrupted out-of-control and absolutely would not police themselves. THIS is the only way to circumvent them.

So many people are to blame for this! Continuing to use words such as steal and cheated to describe what transpired in 2020 is what causes all the harm! Until writers start referring to this as what it is - it will never change! THE MOST CORRUPT ELECTIONS!!!!!!!! The word corrupt must be burned into the brains of every voter because that's exactly what this is! When you continue to use juvenile words such as cheated and stolen you become your own worst enemy!

Secondly - read John Funds books on Election Fraud to see how truly rampant it is! It's not only the machines - but a plethora of other issues!

Take for instance - Bill Clinton's very first piece of legislation he signed upon entering office was the Motor Voter Act which specifically states no proof of citizenship required when registering to vote!!

Therefore, millions of these illegals most definitely DO VOTE because unless an election is contested (less than one percent margin) or the voter is turned in (your voting record is public knowledge) there is no way to tell just how many voted. Obama capitalized on this back in Chicago!

The counter argument is - no illegal would risk getting deported an or in-prisoned just so they could vote! However the rallying cry to get them TO THE POLLS is that NO ONE HAS EVER BEEN PROSECUTED for voter fraud - NOT that it isn't in fact rampant! In others words NOTHING is done about it!

There are numerous sanctuary towns where I reside and I can assure you they are ALL VOTING! People have been taught to beleive a certain narrative when it comes to voter fraud when in fact - it's numerous nationalities and incomes. More importantly it's the smaller low turnout elections where these votes are so imperative - congress and senate seats!

I have nor will will I ever register to vote! Talk about massive corruption malfeasance and subterfuge!

You have a better chance of hitting the lottery consecutively then changing Government by voting!

And you say, "There are numerous sanctuary towns where I reside . . . ", and I would say, ""Possibly if you have a multiple-personality disorder, you might THINK you live in numerous sanctuary towns ..." Go to your local voter registration office and do so. Register to vote. With all due respect, until then please stay mute. Until you register, and vote, your voice is of no more consequence than that of all the illegal aliens who daily cross our borders by taking the illegal path to the "American Dream." Good luck and on your way "Junior Citizen," the good folks at the voter registration office are waiting to make you a fully engaged American Citizen.

But I don't hesitate to read/view/listen when she appears, as I have been doing since I first caught her on "Next News." I find her reporting to be solid and on point, as today's article is, with no attempt to entertain with anything other than honesty. If the truth isn't enough for you then go to the broadcast news media, CNN or TMZ . . . actually I don't have a TV to join forces with the equally/more treacherous landscape of the PC & the www, I am quite mad enough.
