I imagine many of those mentioned are vying for top positions & control. However, WEF has been training “Young Global Leaders” for many years that are already planted in countries all over the world. Some are big names like Trudeau, Newsom, Macron, New Zealand leader…. The others less recognized names. Even Leonardo Capricio (sp) is associated as being trained as well as Chelsea Clinton!
I would love to hear ideas about how any one person or group can really control an agenda this big. I picture a group of people who work on strategy and implementation of that strategy full time. for decades. But how well could that really run on a grand scale? How infallible is it? The example of the mandates collapsing like a house of cards around the world and essentially the exact same time was pretty impressive. The level of detail implemented at local levels in different testing areas is also impressive.

Obama et al? No way - like Bill Clinton said, greatest fairy tale ever told. His entire existence is a fraud and a charade. He personified the Peter Principle. The Clintons? Perhaps at one time very close to the top until Bills sexual peccadillo's sent him packing. You know her stunt as SOS was to resume where he left off until she lost to Trump and became worthless. Perhaps, but if you had been told 2+ years ago that you would have been locked down for 2 years (to flatten the curve), that free speech would be suppressed by an authoritarian government using big tech to do its bidding, that experimental gene therapy would be mandatory, especially if you wanted to keep your job, you would have scoffed at the least or, more likely laughed out loud. Things we thought could or would never be turned out to be our worst nightmares, and it's not over by a long shot.

What I have observed about COVID is that certain nations of the world were coordinating their messages and policies, and those nations seemed to be roughly the same nations that were most tightly allied to the US during the Cold War. It is like there was a secret military contingency plan for handling a biological attack or natural pandemic. All these nations had agreed to follow this contingency plan, and somebody activated that plan for COVID. Unfortunately, the plan was overkill for COVID.
I have also wondered if some deep state organization has decided that democracy and freedom make the West too weak to compete with China. In other words, maybe some group thinks the West can only compete with China by becoming a police state like China.
Richard Dolan wrote a book ("After Disclosure") speculating that extraterrestrials might be orchestrating COVID craziness to reshape human society to their liking in some way. Of course, demons and extraterrestrials have a lot in common.
