There are many middle class conservatives who are exactly as you describe 'leftists.' As with most middle and upper class people they all invest in their future via their stock portfolios and retirement plans which rely on corporate profit. As a long time tradeswoman who has worked the land as well as worked in the trenches, I also value education and resent your right wing attacks on people who read and study issues as well as use their experiences to help form their understandings of our world.
