The only thing he spoke about was Warp Speed, which I disagreed with wholeheartedly. But he was lied to by Fauci et al that millions would die if the vax was not approved so he made it happen just to get the lockdowns to end and the economy going again. He never mandated the vax. Biden bragged about how he "got everyone vaccinated."
