I cannot stand 90% of Republicans. McCarthy is a liar and I have no respect for him. It is telling that nobody in Congress stands for fiscal sanity. Except for Gaetz representatives are in Congress to enrich themselves and do not give a damn that the United States is insolvent.

I can't imagine anybody making such easy work of McCarthy as Gaetz ...

McCarthy was gone on just the second vote ... simply AMAZING!

"If there's one silver lining that has come from this conflict, it's that we're seeing who in conservative media are fighting 100% for the American people and which ones are only conservative when it's convenient.

Nothing @mattgaetz has been saying is wrong."

Yes. I agree. This is a mess -- but pushing forward and removing McCarthy is a good way to move forward. Also, blaming Trump for McCarthy being a liar, is -- um -- not real smart.

My solution: Vacate McCarthy. Get tough. It's the Treason Season, and all this needs to be fixed before Election 2024. One more stolen election and it is "Game Over."

Virtually every MAGA move McCarthy has made, has been a result of Gaetz' unrelenting pressure. Meanwhile, has McCarthy made a secret deal with the Dems to fund Ukraine? Sure looks that way ... unacceptable.

I think a lot of them are just scared. Facing what we're facing, they think now is not the time for this. But, when is it? I view a GOP civil war as a fracturing of the uniparty. It's when a party or country is artificially in uniparty lockstep, that really bad things happen.

You nailed it ! I couldn't agree with you more and thanks for making ALL The points as to why McCarthy is such a liar, traitor and a RINO, I knew he could not be trusted, cripes sakes he's from California where they breed traitors !

Absolutely correct, JD.

Time for boundaries and a return to The Constitution with RESPONSIBLE BUDGETING...With removal of ALL PORK from all the bills. Take back what the Fascists/Progressives LAUNDERED for their 'Special Interests' for the False Flag Fraud Elections, Attacks upon the country's children with Education Indoctrination, and the Scams/Cons currently installed as ordered by The Council For Foreign Relations via The Council For Foreign Affairs in the U.K. from The City of London.

In all reality; there are elements of all the ism's; thus the only accurate term for the type of Govt. they embrace is Totalitarianism and ALL mirror Imperialism which we now know is subterfuge since The City of London's Committee of 300 is the actual Shadow Govt. of the whole world.

You are being overly (read "annoyingly") polite, Mr. Rucker. The compromise with McCarthy allowing him to be Speaker was bad. It was bad then and it is clear why it was bad then. If Mark Levin, Newt Gingrich, and Mike Huckabee are defending McCarthy and claiming (quite stupidly, b.t.w.) that Rep. Gaetz is "harming" the GOP, then this is 'prima facie' evidence that these men should be ignored in this matter and from now on. The GOP destroyed itself with its stupidity, its poor understanding of power, its own corruption and complicity with the Democrats, its REPEATED disregard for its constituents and its political allies (or so-called "base") and its lack of a proper understanding of political philosophy and history.

We need a hundred, no --- five hundred -- more like Rep. Gaetz is demonstrating on this issue.

Please do not pussy foot around, Mr. Rucker. You have good political sensibilities. Do not pander to the powerful. Build your audience and do it by being bold. Let me be frank, Mr. Rucker, this craft is in distress and it is going down, baby --- down. Black smoke and flames are pouring out of all engines.

We do not need more toxic discretion. State it, state it clearly and remember -- try to please the bold and the courageous and the clear-minded in the audience -- not the smarmy, online yacking class and the political dimwits in power. There is no longer time for that.

I like your articles very much. Please do more podcasts with transcripts to satisfy both needs in the audience. In my case, I need something that I can listen to while working in the lab and workshop doing important things that can -- God willing -- help our nation, not just sitting indolently on my seat.

BREAKING: McCARTHY OUSTED! BY 6 VOTES

House Ousts McCarthy As Speaker in Historic Vote

Tuesday's vote was the first time in 113 years the House voted to oust a speaker.

On Tuesday, House members voted 216-210 to oust McCarthy.

Meanwhile, Fox News’ Chad Pergram noted lawmakers will have to vote for a new speaker. In a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, he explained, “The House can do nothing else on the floor without a Speaker. No bills. No nothing. The body is paralyzed on the floor until it elects a Speaker.”

Thank you, Miss Honadle. I would not call the "body" "paralyzed." This is government working as designed.

Yeah, from my perspective, to the ousting of McCarthy from Speakership.

No, no, no, no, and no. This is a personality thing it’s a principles thing.

I was hoping the dems would prop up Kevin but they opted, instead. to try and keep the illusion of choice in place. That’s okay, we are one step clooser to full exposure of the uniparty system.

I agree. The one person who blew me away was Jim Jordan! I like Jim and always listen to what he has to say but not on this one. Matt Gaetz exposed the RINOS and that is almost all of them. Newt Gingrich and Mark Levin also surprised me with their support of lying McCarthy. I don't like McCarthy because he has lied over and over. How can they support this man??

I'm a PR-marcom professional and an independent ...

I am in awe of Matt Gaetz ...

I noticed him for the first time last year ... I have my issues with him personally, he does not have a perfectly clean slate ... but this former trial atty is THE most talented think-on-your-feet "cross-man" I have seen in a long, long time - he seems to always have the perfect response to every single media question and when speaking from the House floor, he shreds his opponent every time! ... I'm sure he has a capable staff, but I don't think he needs them ... this guy is an enormously talented public speaker ... he's so good, that I now make a point to listen to just about every clip on him that I can find.

The House of Representatives has the right to control spending. When McCarthy compromised with the Democrats, he gave up that right. He deserved to be removed. I was disappointed in so-called Conservative Media supporting him. I lost a lot of respect of a lot of commentors today. The only thing that I can do the them is never buy one of their books again and quit watching them. I will continue to vote for people that I believe to be on our side. I was also pissed when I saw a Senator that I voted for wearing a flag of Ukraine. He no longer represents me.
