His parents moved to Ohio in 1983 after his mother graduated from college in India. He was born in 1985. It takes 5 years to become a US citizen so this means his parents were still the citizens of India when Vivek was born. This means he is not and can never be a natural born citizen. All you have to do is do a google about Vivek being a Paul and Daisy Fellow. He openly admits this and says he needed money for graduate school. But he was already a fairly successful business man. His companies were all involved with big pharma and he also had a company in China. He invested in a company that created a tracking system. There is a difference between being a citizen and being a natural born citizen. He is eligible to be a US Rep or US senator because the Constitution clearly states you only need to be a citizen to hold those offices but you must be a natural born citizen to be President or VP.
