Well that’s the first thing that popped out at me. Liposuction on a knee at any age, but only 29? What kind of doctor would agree to do that. Answer, only a total greedy doctor. Who in the world looks at their knees and goes ‘oh, I’m perfect but these knees are just too fat.’ 🤦♀️

Also, the 3rd biggest(1st in some countries), earner for govt coffers, is Pharmaceutikills(sic & sick). Over seventy pricks by the time a Yank is 18yo! My father had his 2nd knee replacement at 88yo and lived to be 95. I paid for his first 25 years before. Walked miles every day, nearly all his life...recovery period notwithstanding....when he was sitting :) He never touched Big Pharma, me neither, apart from one-off emergencies/injuries
I recently had hip replacement surgery. I had to have several heart tests and approval by cardiologist to have the surgery. Seems like they are doubly cautious these days. They seem very concerned about blood clots also because they keep reminding me to take aspirin as they prescribed. I think the medical profession in general knows what is going down but won’t admit it.
Sounds to me like the liposuction procedure may have dislodged a blood clot in her leg which then travelled to her lungs and killed her. It's a complete mystery why a 29 year old fitness fanatic would be suffering from a blood clot in her leg though . . . . . .
Not to mention the millions of lesser known peons who have expired in similar fashion. I am so sick of hearing about celebrity deaths for they mean nothing. These people are nothing special. They are no more important than all the millions who support these clowns and many of them have passed on as well due to mRNA poisons.

It was not in her leg, apparently it was in the lungs. The surgery catalyzed it. Perhaps the anesthesia.
