This morning, along with reading of this fine article and comments with morning coffee, I am making a suggestion. Based on open source knowledge WE all have been mis-educated, UNESCO, ZiNN, and Dept. Of Eduction, inclusive we know forms of agitprop are in our English and our Liberal Arts infection.

Howard Zinn, the American historian, conveyed that even massive and robust systems, such as oppressive governments or authoritarian regimes, can disintegrate or collapse relatively quickly. He did not explicitly target specific regimes, like Nazi Germany or the Soviet Union, but rather made a broader point about the fragility of these kinds of systems. Throughout history, various authoritarian governments and oppressive systems have faced resistance, internal disagreements, or pressure from external sources that led to their downfall. These systems might seem stable and powerful, but they can unravel or crumble when challenged by mass movements, public outcry, international pressure, economic issues, or changes in popular opinion. They're advancing the false notion of global warming/climate change or whatever you want to call it not because it's true but because a) it gives them more psychological leverage on the population (all gov'ts wage psychological warfare on their populations, otherwise they couldn't stay in business) and b) it masks an even bigger problem which is true: declining energy resources. Our whole technological society has developed and currently runs on relatively cheap and highly energetic energy sources, chiefly oil. Those days are over.
This morning on my bike (not an e one) I realized the great persecution the Bible is talking about is digital. The try out was the covid pass. Now they are putting up cameras everywhere in cities and small towns. Paris is in the news too now (30 km limit). In WO II and the years before they registered people. Roma people, jews.. Think about if they had cameras and digital id back then..we would not have been able to hide jews and their children.
Everything is coming in place to control us. I used to hear people say : I have nothing to hide and I do nothing wrong, so why worry? The government will hand it over to who ever wants the information, they did it in 1941 too. The tower of Babylon was registration, Josef and Mary at the time Jesus was born it was registration and more examples.
I think it is not Gods idea for us. He holds the keys and one important book: the book of life!
Yes, I d like to be prepared and learn to know more like minded people in my surroundings. I know very few. And most christian churches are embracing climate salvation actions. They preach it to teenagers. They teach it at schools.
Let us take care of the children and pray for them all over the world! In war zones, poverty, abuse, famine and thirst, fear. They are most precious. Jesus said so, and if he said it, it is true.
