A virus is part of a CBRN Hazard and not even the mighty P100 mask will block a virus. It's confined space 101 in which I've been certified in for over 30 years. If I could post tge picture I took of the NIOSH required research I would. And if you go to the CDC you'll see 3 or 4 different research articles that prove they don't block viruses let alone an oil bound respitory virus averaging app .12 microns, which is smaller than the holes in a P100 mask.
And for other forms of public transportation like cabs, uber, trains and busses, trams and cable cars did CDC exceed it's authority? And masks in general, given no evidence at all of efficacy, can we now live with a naked human face by a ruling in Federal Court?

All masks are under EUA since April 2020, per FDA. Hence, ALL mask mandates are ILLEGAL, per Federal law, U.S.C. Title 21, the Nuremberg Code etc.
