There are currently 21 countries at war or having an armed conflict within. Cameroon has had more than 3,000 killed and 500,000 internally displaced. Yemen at war with Saudi Arabia has over 200,000 dead. Why don't we hear about these? Cameroon is inconsequential, Saudi Arabia is about our only "friend" in the middle east so we need them and cannot upset them, Ukraine? a political tool and laundromat for Deep State cash, it has political value. Don't be too concerned though if you knew little or nothing of the other two, The gumint and MSM will tell you who to hate and who to love.

Covid woke up many. Thank God.

Many are still at this point, absolutely refuse.

Yes, it is essential to see where those you least trust are on issues.

How do they (the woke) not see they are digging their own graves from vaccines to war. Can you be THAT STUPID?

"Why are so many otherwise lucid America First conservatives buying into the warmonger narrative?"

Well, JD, maybe those are MSM pundits that you have mistaken for conservatives. I've noticed that you have mistaken Bedbug Sean Hannity for a conservative for years. I don't know any lucid conservatives who watch TV news, let alone want war with anyone.

Amen JD. I'm with you 100%.

Welcome letter:

Welcome

The 2016 elections changed our nation’s consciousness on election security and how malicious actors can influence our democracy. While the threats were not new, for most of us they were newly realized. The vulnerabilities in our democratic process—from campaigns to elections operations— combined with efforts to spread false or deliberately misleading information, have weakened the public’s faith in the integrity of elections. Yet that faith is vital to our democratic process, so we must work to restore and sustain it. Democratic governance is a right we have as Americans, but like freedom, democracy is not free. It takes people willing to stand up and defend the process. Ensuring election security is our collective responsibility as Americans, but election officials, campaigns, and others involved in advancing the democratic process carry the greatest weight as its frontline defense. That’s why we established the Defending Digital Democracy Project (D3P): to equip those on the frontlines of democracy with tools and resources to be successful against constantly evolving threats.

With 2020 around the corner, we know adversaries who seek to undermine our democracy are preparing, and so must we. The American people and the world are watching. We must show them how seriously we take the threats and how committed we remain to the cause.

Despite the enormous challenges ahead, we know that democracy is in good hands because we have spent the past two-and-a-half years working together with dedicated American election officials like you.

We have visited and/or trained officials from 45 states and countless counties. We have spent time in your spaces, met your teams, listened to your ideas, noted your concerns, reviewed your preparation, observed your operations, and identified ways in which we can continue to help.

Our previous Playbooks have focused on the threats posed by cyber attacks and information operations.

This latest Playbook has a broader scope, and equips you with strategies to operationalize the guidance from past Playbooks through effective preparation, communication, incident tracking, and team organization. By compiling best practices from private and public sector actors, we hope to enhance the capacity of your election team, regardless of your staff or jurisdiction size. It will better prepare you to identify issues and respond to incidents of all types during election operations. We hope this Elections Battle Staff Playbook empowers you to take defending election operations to the next level.

Good luck,

D3P

7 months ago he spoke for an hour but the diagram was NOT dissected and looked at in depth. The Government agencies and non-profits are publishing what they are doing/have done.

The video from 60 Minutes "In Wisconsin, a political battle over the 2020 vote still rages" https://youtu.be/mbInBW9_zps You'll see Meaghan Wolfe the incoming President of NASED.

Yes, she is the member of the WEC that Justice Gableman spoke of.

So when Brannon played this video on FrankSpeech, I was paying attention to the Censorship infrastructure on Dr. Shiva's diagram and on the content of their discussion and strategies.

On Dr. Shiva's diagram is the outgoing president of NASED (National Association of State Election Directors) Michelle Tassinari.

Perhaps you'll notice how NASED, NASS, CISA, DHS, DOJ and non-profits and the private sector others are collaborating and working together against "rumor control".

But of course this goes back to the GEC:

NOTE: The bipartisan Countering Disinformation and Propaganda Act is organized around two main priorities to help achieve the goal of combatting the constantly evolving threat of foreign disinformation from our enemies:

The first priority is developing a whole-of-government strategy for countering THE foreign propaganda and disinformation being wages against us and our allies by our enemies. The bill would increase the authority, resources, and mandate of the Global Engagement Center to include state actors like Russia and China as well as non-state actors. The Center will be led by the State Department, but with the active senior level participation of the Department of Defense, USAID, the Broadcasting Board of Governors, the Intelligence Community, and other relevant agencies. The Center will develop, integrate, and synchronize whole-of-government initiatives to expose and counter foreign disinformation operations by our enemies and proactively advance fact-based narratives that support U.S. allies and interests.

Second, the legislation seeks to leverage expertise from outside government to create more adaptive and responsive U.S. strategy options. The legislation establishes a fund to help train local journalists and provide grants and contracts to NGOs, civil society organizations, think tanks, private sector companies, media organizations, and other experts outside the U.S. government with experience in identifying and analyzing the latest trends in foreign government disinformation techniques. This fund will complement and support the Center’s role by integrating capabilities and expertise available outside the U.S. government into the strategy-making process. It will also empower a decentralized network of private sector experts and integrate their expertise into the strategy-making process.

Portman-Murphy Bill Promotes Coordinated Strategy to Defend America, Allies Against Propaganda and Disinformation from Russia, China & Others

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senators Rob Portman (R-OH) and Chris Murphy (D-CT) today announced that their Countering Disinformation and Propaganda Act – legislation designed to help American allies counter foreign government propaganda from Russia, China, and other nations – has been signed into law as part of the FY 2017 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) Conference Report. The bipartisan bill, which was introduced by Senators Portman and Murphy in March, will improve the ability of the United States to counter foreign propaganda and disinformation from our enemies by establishing an interagency center housed at the State Department to coordinate and synchronize counter-propaganda efforts throughout the U.S. government. To support these efforts, the bill also creates a grant program for NGOs, think tanks, civil society and other experts outside government who are engaged in counter-propaganda related work. This will better leverage existing expertise and empower our allies overseas to defend themselves from foreign manipulation. It will also help foster a free and vibrant press and civil society overseas, which is critical to ensuring our allies have access to truthful information and inoculating people against foreign propaganda campaigns.

“Our enemies are using foreign propaganda and disinformation against us and our allies, and so far the U.S. government has been asleep at the wheel,” Portman said. “But today, the United States has taken a critical step towards confronting the extensive, and destabilizing, foreign propaganda and disinformation operations being waged against us by our enemies overseas. With this bill now law, we are finally signaling that enough is enough; the United States will no longer sit on the sidelines. We are going to confront this threat head-on. I am confident that, with the help of this bipartisan bill, the disinformation and propaganda used against us, our allies, and our interests will fail.”

“The use of propaganda to undermine democracy has hit a new low. But now we are finally in a position to confront this threat head on and get out the truth. By building up independent, objective journalism in places like eastern Europe, we can start to fight back by exposing these fake narratives and empowering local communities to protect themselves,” said Murphy. “I’m proud that our bill was signed into law, and I look forward to working with Senator Portman to make sure these tools and new resources are effectively used to get out the truth.”
