For years, I lambasted Chicken Littles for claiming the sky was falling. But things are different today. Now I'm Chicken Little, and I pray that what we're seeing does not portend what is coming.

After reading this post, it occurred to me that the true purpose of a cyberattack might be to justify a redesign of internet infrastructure that would make eavesdropping and censorship impossible to circumvent.
